Black Peter is an androgynous piper of indiscriminate gender whose favorite prey is children. Limited to victims that have misbehaved by breaking the rules or unwittingly invite him into their life (“You should never speak to a stranger after all!”), Black Peter is by far the most vindictive and mischievous of the Triumvirate of Evil.

Embodying the paradoxial twilight nature of its master, Black Peter’s liberal interpretation of the rules makes it considerably more dangerous and reckless than either Apotamkin, the Crimson Lord or even Ephras, the Grey Race.
